David Anderson was appointed to the Project Discovery State Advisory Board. On June 7 & 8, 2010, he attended his training and participated in his first State Advisory Board Meeting in Virginia Beach, VA. Dave was instrumental in assisting the Project Discovery Program during the 2009/2010 program year when our program received a $4,500.00 budget reduction in September 2009. He worked with the other members of the Tazewell County Board of Supervisor’s to secure a donation to offset this reduction. We greatly appreciate the time and effort he has exhibited in assisting our students to truly reach horizons unknown!
