Clinch Valley Community Action Inc. works with SER /CAP to help provide services to residences in Tazewell County that may need some of the following:

• Help with Tap Fees to public water lines in all surrounding towns in the County.
• Help with lateral lines both water and sewer lines from the road to the clients homes.
• Help with installing septic systems, with Health Department approval.
• Help with digging wells, with Health Department approval.
• Help paying for pumping septic systems.
• Help installing water heaters.
• Help with water and sewer line repairs.
